These terms apply when you use E Sahayi on WhatsApp or on this website. By using the service you agree to them.

What we do

We help you prepare and submit applications for government, local body and admission services. We are an independent service and are not part of, or approved by, any government department. Decisions on your application are made by the office concerned, and we cannot guarantee an outcome or a timeline.

Your part

• Give true and complete information and genuine documents.
• Use the service only for yourself, or for someone who has allowed you to act for them.
• Do not misuse the service, send harmful content or try to disrupt it.

Fees and payments

Our fee for a service is shown before you pay. Government or institution fees, where they apply, are separate. Payments are made through our payment provider. If we cannot provide a service you paid for, we will refund our fee as agreed with you.

Liability

We work carefully, but we are not responsible for delays or decisions by government offices, for errors caused by incorrect information you gave, or for interruptions of WhatsApp or other services outside our control.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
